Our cafe serves plant-based meals that do not use animal food such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy produce,and honey, and our shop sells specially selected seasonings and ingredients.Adopting the concept of macrobiotics, our dishes and sweets are prepared using seasonings and　ingredients sold at our natural food shop (organic, pesticide-free, additive-free and domestically-made),as well as fresh, organic, pesticide-free vegetables purchased from local farmers near Himeji who adopt　natural farming methods.
